This was such a cool moment during a trip to Mauritius. On a safari riding ATVs, animals roamed around us, these two giraffes got real up close and personal!
Walking through the ice cold Columbia River at low tide was such a cool moment (no pun intended). While on a hike through Revelstoke we stopped by the river to get a glimpse of the view. Roughly 50 meters into the river was a small island that could make for a good vantage point for a couple photos. Rolled up pant legs, bare foot, holding up camera gear as far from the water, and away we go.
Was the walk through the river worth the shot? Maybe. But it was a fun experience!

Over the years I have come to realize that the goal isn't the end of a journey, but merely a tick off a list of what the bigger picture could become. The word 'could' is essential since ones path is never linear but always adapting with unexpected tangents in life. The process I am currently in is part of something I have written down many years ago and I'm happy to be taking on new challenges.

Found some footage while organizing my hard drives. Some track action in fall with the Mx-5. Clare says it sounds like the Hvac. what type of Hvac system does it sounds like?
It took me some time to process everything that happened in 2024. A year that pushed me in ways I didn’t expect. It was filled with incredible highs—moments of recognition and growth—but it also came with challenges.
Reminding me that the journey isn’t always smooth, but the struggles are just as important as the victories. They shape us. Making the good moments even more meaningful.
To everyone who believed in me, collaborated with me, or supported me in any way—thank you. Your encouragement kept me going during the tough times and made the highs even sweeter.
