Uyuhaus is a small-batch ice cream studio creating Asian-inspired flavors in Chicago’s North Shore. “Uyu” (pronounced oo-yoo) means milk in Korean — a reference to the ingredient at the heart of everything we make. At Uyuhaus, ice cream is a celebration of Korean and Asian ingredients inspired by the flavors of our childhood and culture.
