For a better experience and to keep the focus on the creative process, I’m updating my photography policies. These refinements will help with everything from booking to final delivery, ensuring every session receives the highest level of professional focus.
Deposits & Payments:
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be settled in full on the day of the shoot. A $25 late fee will be applied to any overdue payments or if the payment is not received as scheduled.
Lateness & Time Management:
Please arrive on time. If you are late to your scheduled session, no refunds or reimbursements will be issued, and your shoot time will not be extended. Should you require additional time, you must either rebook a new session or purchase an “add-on” time slot, subject to availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Clients may manage or reschedule their bookings via their account login. However, rescheduling or cancellations are strictly prohibited within 14 days (2 weeks) of the shoot date unless explicitly requested and approved in writing.
Turnaround Time:
The standard turnaround time for edited images is a 1-week minimum. For those requiring a faster delivery, Rush Edits are available for an additional $50, reducing the window to 24–48 hours.
TFP & Collaborations:
Time-for-Print (TFP) sessions are no longer free unless otherwise agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. To access collaborative opportunities, please refer to the TFP Club membership details.
Events & Special Concepts:
Moving forward, any events and or special creative concepts proposed by myself are exclusive to members. No individual tickets or fees will be sold to the public; participation will require proof of active membership.

• Session Time: 3 hours of premium studio access.
• Retouching: 60 professional retouched images included.

• Priority: Enhanced booking windows and exclusive studio perks.
Growth & Loyalty:
• Loyalty Program: Every membership renewal earns you 10 Loyalty Points per month. A comprehensive list of redeemable incentives—from extra hours to specialty items—is coming soon.
• Digital Inventory: New wardrobe arrivals will be updated regularly in my Instagram Highlights. As the inventory expands, a dedicated photo-hosting site will be launched for seamless browsing.
Important Launch Details:
• Official Launch: Memberships will be available for purchase on April 1st via a secure payment link.
• Regional Restriction: Membership benefits are restricted to the Hampton Roads region of Virginia at provided studio venues or pre-approved outdoor locations.
• Onboarding: Upon purchase, members will receive a formal agreement. All documents must be signed prior to scheduling your initial session to ensure a professional and transparent partnership. All plans are non-transferable.
The “Founding 5” Milestone Reward:
After 3-5 months of consecutive membership, once my private studio opens, these members will be upgraded to the Legacy Status/Tier.
