Who am I? 🤔
Since some of you are new here, I wanted to share a little about where I’m from and what got me started on this fitness journey. 🏃♀️🌟
If you’re curious or want to hear more, just leave a comment — I’m happy to share! 💬😊

Growing up, the only information I had to go on what my midlife would look like was my own mother, her friends, and what I saw in the media. It wasn’t very inspiring (for me) to be honest.
Fast forward 50years and l’ve realized that you can, indeed write your own story #this60#agestrong #agestrongover60#dyslexicstrengths #crossfitmasters60plus #fyp
I did all of this age 50+
Didn’t know we got a medal for the shake-out run. Feeling a bit calmer now, just going to chill tonight. See you all tomorrow — please say hello if you see me. Note to self: look right if I end up walking, and check behind me before any nose-blowing business 😅👀🏃🏽♀️ @hackneymoves
Relapse is not collapse. We all drift sometimes, I know I do too. A few days off, life gets busy, and suddenly it feels like you’ve fallen off track. But I’ve stopped waiting for Mondays or the first of the month. I just tell myself I’ll do what I can, and just move. Even that little bit of movement usually pulls me back in… and I always feel better afterwards.
What brings you back after a few days off? ✨🏃♀️
How runners make friends looks a lot like this.
You ask someone about their shoes.
Next thing you know you’re discussing race plans, dodgy knees, electrolytes, gels and what time you wake up for long runs.
Then somehow you’re following each other on Instagram and meeting at 7am on a Sunday.
Funny little world really. 👟☕️🏃🏽♀️
