a little bit…
this is the sister album to ‘are you lonely?’. its a compilation of songs i wrote during the making of the first album that felt not quite in line with what i was trying to do… i still liked all of these tracks so i’m putting them out as a ‘deluxe tracks’ tape or side b instead of just straight up scrapping them..
this entire project was such a roller coaster for me to make… it genuinely (as corny as this is) feels more like a journal, diary, or collection of suicide notes i wrote from august to november lol… i can’t express enough how happy i am that majority of y’all liked AYL and were willing to hear more of what my past self was so desperately wanting to say while i felt so trapped and alone.
