The first time I went to hear Mongolian Throat singers I was with Margaret Milano and we went to see Alash. Fernando Pinto was there, too. That was more about traditional songs from Central Asia. The Hu is more about taking those traditional songs and instruments to another level; A metal level. It works pretty well!

This dog is wearing noise cancelling headphones. His master's voice, indeed! Also, I spotted Vince Noir in the crowd last night.

Apocalyptica is a Finnish hair metal band with three cellos and no vocals. Looks like the bass player from Rev. Horton Heat's band is filling in on third cello! The light show was weak. Every few minutes they flashed the band name on the screen behind them so you could be sure not to forget them. Other than that, they were forgettable. They left me cold.

Working on some political art. I don't call myself an artist but I know some artists and I don't see enough political art these days. There's certainly a lot to shout about! This one is called, "When All You Have Is A Hammer Everything Looks Like A War". The other one is a work in progress. It's a tribute to Trump's Arch and the World Cup hosted by the U.S.A.
