A few favorites from my enchanting time in Venice in the first week of the new year.
Despite having visited many storied cities, I'd never experienced one quite like Venice. It's a place where with every step you feel as if you're breathing in the history, traversing back in time to trod along the same brick laden streets and meticulously crafted bridges that millions have over the last 1600 years. Every alleyway whispers its history to those willing to listen and each canal offers a view that feels otherworldly, at least to someone accustomed to living in a concrete jungle like me. I'm incredibly fascinated by the style and logistics of the city's construction, and how it all rests on the same old petrified timber that formed its foundation so long ago. I can't wait to return someday for another spritz that puts all others to shame.
Incredibly grateful for a busy start to the year! January was full of adventures with a refreshing variety of work and has got me feeling optimistic for '26!
2025.. a lot to look back on but I'll keep it (somewhat) short and sweet.
I learned a lot at work and fell in love with programming and being an ipad kid on set. So grateful for all those who trusted me with their vision and gave me a chance to bring my own flair to their projects.
I learned a lot about my habits and self discipline and started to put a lot into practice to improve myself and the things I care most about in my life.
Enjoyed music of all sorts in wildly different venues.
Shared so much love with my beautiful woman and best friend @giovannagraff
(with whom I learned how to parent a surprisingly needy baby hamster)
And always reminded myself how lucky I am to be alive and doing what I love in such uncertain times.
As always, I'm stoked to see what the new year brings!

2024 was a year full of twists and turns, hard work, new inspirations & aspirations, and gratefulness.
I'm grateful for another year of kicking butt on set and working on some incredible projects with awesome people -
I'm grateful for music new and old and how it continues to shape my life, making it, enjoying it, and discovering new niches -
But most of all I'm endlessly grateful for the love of my life @giovannagraff - an incredible person who has gifted me with so much and pushes me to the be the best I can. Because of Gio, I feel renewed, sharing each day, cooking up a storm, exploring our wildly expansive music tastes, embarking on my quest to learn Portuguese, even finding affinity for a a Brazilian novela. With you at my side, all of life's challenges are worth the fight. In 2025 I'm pushing to be the best partner in the world for you, and can't wait to enjoy every moment it brings.
So proud to have shot my first feature film! Amidst the slow work and all the craziness happening in the world I'm reminding myself how important it is to enjoy and cherish these little moments that make life worth living - loving, learning, challenging myself, and moving forward no matter what.
