Last night at Orpheum Theatre, one of Canada’s most iconic performance venues, we had the privilege of supporting Sami Beigi for his first-ever live performance in Vancouver presented by @infiniteeventsca
The Orpheum Theatre, A historic room, renowned acoustics, and a packed holiday crowd made December 28 a special one. Following his international tour, Sami brought a powerful, emotional set to a stage that elevates every detail, sound, lighting, and visuals working together in a truly cinematic setting.

Navazoom Productions brought @naserzeynali to Vancouver for a memorable night of live music at one of the city’s most iconic venues. Our team was proud to support the show, working seamlessly with the theatre’s in-house PA while delivering monitors, wireless, and stage infrastructure.
Showmax provided an @allenandheath Heath Avantis monitor console, @shure PSM1000 IEM systems, Shure ULX-D wireless, and a full mic and backline package—focused on reliability, clarity, and a smooth experience for the artist and band.

Showmax was supporting Coastal Church this weekend at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre for one of their biggest annual gatherings, The Coastal Church Christmas Grand Service.
It’s a free, family-friendly event filled with music, dramatic arts, and a message centered on the hope and joy of the season.
Our team provided lighting, video, LED, staging, rigging, and supplemental audio to help bring the story to life for everyone attending.

Showmax is supporting Willingdon Church’s production of God’s Great Big Story: The Nativity with a full video system designed to bring their stage narrative to life.
Our team delivered a multi-projector mapping rig built around 3X Epson 15K laser projectors paired with middle and short-throw optics, all flown on RigTec frames for precise alignment. Projection mapping across the church’s architectural surfaces required strategic placement and a detailed calibration plan, led by Simon, Ian G, and Brenden.
Processing and playback were driven by a Barco E2 system, Watchout dual media servers, and Resolume.

Last Saturday, Showmax was onsite at the newly renamed @rogersforum in Abbotsford, a versatile 8,500-capacity venue built for touring-level production. We were supporting @livenationbc with a full technical package for @terriclarkmusic and Paul Brandt’s @imalbertabound Homecoming Tour 2.0 stop.
We deployed a d&b Y-Series system featuring Y8/Y12 mains, Y10P fills, and B2 subs powered by D40 amplification. Lighting included Robe LEDBeam 150s, Martin Axioms, and Chauvet Strike Array 2 fixtures, supported by AM Stadium hazers.
Rigging was built on CM Lodestar 1-ton motors and Eurotruss FD34.

Another big night at the @southokanaganeventscentre as the @budlightca Buckle Up Tour rolled through Penticton @visitpenticton
Our team supported the event with a full Showmax audio, lighting, and rigging package, providing equipment and technical support throughout the setup and operating for the opening performances.
For audio, we rolled out a full d&b audiotechnik J-Series system, pairing J8/J12 mains with J-Subs, Q-Series outfills, and Y10P front fills — a combination that delivered the punch, clarity, and headroom this room demands. Everything was driven through d&b D80 amplification and mixed on Allen & Heath Avantis consoles at FOH and monitors.
Lighting featured Robe BMFL Blades and Robe Tarantulas for rich, high-output coverage, supported by Chauvet Strike Array 2 units and AM Stadium hazers for depth and atmosphere. Rigging was built on Tyler GT Plus PRT truss and CM Lodestar motors, giving the tour a clean and stable overhead package.
