So, I need a website, and Showit sounds cool...
But how does it work?
Showit is a true, “drag and drop” website builder, allowing you to build a beautiful, functional website, all without a single line of code.
Let’s take it back to the basics, and look at each step, from choosing your template to hitting publish:
1. First, browse our free and premium templates at Showit.com. Find something you love? Great, let’s move forward with that one!
2. Pick your plan. Whether you need a blog, only want a website, or have some advanced, high-traffic needs, we have a plan for you.
3. Customize your template. The most fun part of the process, this is where your creativity runs wild! Your website is your canvas, and Showit is your paintbrush. Customize text, fonts, images and other elements.
4. The only thing left to do is connect your domain and launch your site! If you get stuck, our support team is ready to help in the bottom right corner of the Showit editor.

Small business owners, this one's important! 👀
A CTA (call to action) is what turns an interested visitor into an actual customer. It's the "here's what to do next" moment your website, emails, and posts cannot skip.
No CTA = people leave without doing anything. Not because they didn't care, but because you didn't tell them what came next.
Save this, audit your site today, and follow along for more. We're building your marketing vocabulary one term at a time.
WE DID IT! 16 year old me who used Showit to start her photography business wouldn't have ever imagined that I would shift use this platform as a designer AND become a trusted designer within it.
PINCH ME MOMENT truly.
Funny enough in 2021 when I started my design business I started the application to become a design partner and then got imposter syndrome and chickened out... then after many pivots and coming back to my love of design I applied and committed to the process.
Here we are now and I am SO thankful for every person that has come my way and trusted me to be their designer.
I’ve been attending Showit-related conferences since 2018, and I can genuinely say they’ve shaped my business in ways I never expected.
Of course, the education matters. The talks spark ideas, challenge the way you think, and often give language to the next evolution of your work.
But honestly, it’s usually the moments in between that stay with me most.
The conversations over dinner. The late-night chats in hotel lobbies. The realization that other designers understand the very specific highs, challenges, and questions that come with building a creative business mostly from behind a screen.
Some of my closest designer friendships began at these events. So did collaborations, referrals, encouragement during difficult seasons, and inspiration that changed the trajectory of my business.
This year, I’ll be speaking at Showit Spark, and I’m especially excited because it feels like the kind of conference our industry truly needs right now. Thoughtful conversations. Real connection. Creative inspiration. Business strategy. Community.
If you’ve been considering going, this is your sign to reserve your ticket.
Early bird pricing ends today, and there aren't many tickets left.
I truly believe conferences like this can compress years of growth into a few meaningful days.
Hope to see you there.
