To our wonderful and brilliant listeners, we are so sorry to announce that today’s episode will be our last ❤️‍🩹 after four incredible years, it is time for us to hang up the mics, and in a million ways it’s all sorts of wrong, and in a million others, it is exactly right for us right now. We have lived out our dreams, grown as friends, as business owners, interviewers, employers, hosts and people in ways we never could have anticipated, we have met so many of you and we will remember and be grateful for you all forever, we never thought it would end, and certainly not like this, we’re really in as good a position as we have ever been with all of this, we’ve built a business we are so proud of, we have learned to work together in such a great way, and we have actually never had more ‘success’ - we just hit 7 MILLION downloads! 🥹 this is the ultimate Irish Exit, but really, that was the best way to do it. We’ve given everything we had to this and we are so proud of all that we have done, but we have to put ourselves, and critically our babies first right now. And that means letting this go. And we are sorry. And we hope you’ll understand ❤️ Today’s episode explains it all (if you can understand what we are saying through the tears), it’s an explanation, its a trip down memory lane, and its a thank you, to our phenomenal team, to you all, and to each other. @alexlight_ldn its been the ride of a lifetime, I will love you forever. Xxxxxx

SEX ON SCREEN! Oh what a guest and oh what we learned!!! Please welcome intimacy coordinator Ita O’Brien to the podcast! You’ve never seen a CV like this before, Ita has worked on EVERY thing you can think of (SERIOUSLY!! Sex Education, I May Destroy You, Normal People, Bridgerton, everythinggggg), bringing some of the most powerful and memorable on screen sex scenes to life and this conversation was fascinating. From a practical standpoint of course, to the pleasantries and prompts required to actually make the magic happen (can’t just be us who would crumble into a heap at the awkwardness) to the politics of it all. This is a huge and perhaps underestimated part of her work. The last decade has thrown into sharp focus the somewhat insidious nature of this industry, one teeming with power imbalance and misogyny, and that has made Ita’s work both more important than ever, and in many ways, more controversial. She has been an advocate and a voice for not just the actors she works with, although her presence sounds very welcome to so many of them, but those consuming the content too, ensuring that what we watch is honest, sensitive, safe and true and her influence has been colossal. Ita has written a book, about her career, her understanding of intimacy and the ways in which we can bring it into our lives and we loved talking to her about it. She has been such a huge part in creating some of the most memorable intimate scenes of the last decade and it was so incredible to talk to her about them. We loved talking to @helen.berriman about all things naturism! 💚🌿✨ We learned a lot from this conversation!! It opened up a really healthy discussion about our relationship with our bodies and how naturism has a positive effect on how people view their bodies. Such a fun conversation!! Full episode out now 🎧

What would it take for you to take all your clothes off in public? Today on the podcast we are challenging all our preconceptions of naturism and getting into the nitty gritty of the lifestyle, from the practicalities, bare bums on furniture, dressing (or not) for the weather and where do you look when in a group environment, to the fundamental reasons behind choosing it, whether as part of a body acceptance journey, something done to help heal from trauma or just something that allows you to connect with nature in the way you feel drawn to do, we get into ALL of it!! And a challenge it was at times, to set aside our judgements, our prudishness, and our misconceptions. But we gotta say Helen, you sold it to us!! Which is why we are really pleased to announce that from this point forwards SIDT will be recorded naked from now on… okay not quite, but there was certainly some food for thought and habits to consider!
