Viewed from Dundee Law, the Scottish Munro Schiehallion stands 44 miles away, perfectly lined up with Coxโs Stack in Dundeeโs skyline.
Dundee Law is the prominent hill that rises above the city of Dundee, standing around 174m high. Formed from volcanic rock millions of years ago, it gives some of the best panoramic views across Dundee, the River Tay, Fife, and on clear days as far as the 1083m high Schiehallion in the Highlands.
Coxโs Stack is a 86-metre brick chimney that once served the vast Cox Brothers jute works at Camperdown Works in Dundee. The works were among the largest jute factories in the world at their peak, employing thousands of people and covering a huge industrial complex of mills, workshops, and housing. Today, the stack remains as an impressive landmark on the city skyline, a reminder of just how large and important Dundeeโs jute industry once was.

Eilean Donan Castle, Scottish Highlands
Eilean Donan Castle is one of Scotlandโs most famous castles, standing on a small island where three sea lochs meet in the Highlands. Built in the 13th century, it was established as a stronghold to help defend the lands of the powerful Lords of the Isles, who ruled much of western Scotland during the medieval period. The castle later played an important role in clan conflicts and the Jacobite uprisings before being destroyed in 1719 and carefully restored in the early 1900s. Today, its dramatic setting and rich history make Eilean Donan one of Scotlands most popular locations on the North Coast 500.

Last light at the Bealach na Bร , Scottish Highlands.
The Applecross Road, also known as the Bealach na Bร (โPass of the Cattleโ in Gaelic), is one of the UKโs most iconic and dramatic drives. Part of the North Coast 500, it links Tornapress near Lochcarron with the remote village of Applecross. It has a reputation for being one Scotlandโs most difficult drives, with large vehicles and learner drivers advised to avoid the route which includes a climb to over 600 metres high and steep 20% gradients, tight hairpin bends, and narrow single-track sections.

Neist Point Lighthouse, Skye.
Neist Point Lighthouse sits dramatically on the most westerly tip of the Isle of Skye, perched atop rugged cliffs that plunge steeply into the water below. Built in 1909 by civil engineer David Alan Stevenson, the lighthouse was designed to guide ships safely through the often treacherous waters of the Minch.
