First and foremost, I want to thank the Most High, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Without Him, none of this would’ve been possible. Throughout my college journey, I found my way back to God, and His grace, guidance, and strength carried me through every challenge, every setback, and every moment of doubt.
I also want to thank the people God placed in my life during this journey. The friendships, relationships, mentors, and support systems I’ve gained throughout college have truly changed my life. Thank you to everyone who kept me accountable, encouraged me when times got hard, prayed for me, supported me, and reminded me to keep going. The lifelong bonds I’ve built along the way are something I’ll forever cherish. I am officially a first generation college graduate. Coming from where I come from, this is bigger than just earning a degree it’s about breaking barriers, creating new opportunities, and setting a new standard for my family and the generations after me.
There were moments when the journey wasn’t easy, but giving up was never an option. This accomplishment represents sacrifice, perseverance, faith, and the power of believing in something greater than yourself.
To my family, friends, and everyone who supported me along the way, thank you for believing in me. This is only the beginning. 🎓
