Hey you guys, this is really important. This is a really important topic for me right now. I’m speaking from experience—and no, this is not ChatGPT, and no, this is not a teleprompter I’m reading from. This is real life, real-time feedback on what it looks like when you slow down and realize the world around you may have your nervous system in a very dangerous place. And more importantly, what it looks like when you decide to nurture it, to actually look at it, evaluate it, and change what’s been happening around you. As someone who’s been in fashion for over 20 years, I can’t help but say this: your wardrobe, your clothing, and how you show up for yourself has a real impact on your nervous system. Getting that in order is one of the first steps to regulating it. There are so many small practices you can start today that will begin to shift things. You take baby steps—but you start. And that’s what I want to talk about. That’s what I want to share with you. Lately, I’ve been talking about the importance of wearing your clothes, rewearing your clothes, repeating your outfits, trying things on, and becoming one with your body—your clothing, how you feel, how you show up, your level of comfort… all of it. So I’m inviting you to join me as I build a community of women who want to regulate their nervous system through retail. I hope this video helps someone—whether it’s through a tip or simply encouragement. And I hope you join me for what’s coming. Join my email list. The link is in my bio. Remember: love yourself first… and get dressed. Wear your clothes. ⭕️❌⭕️

I had a whole different post planned… but honestly this is what I’ve been doing in real time. I’m learning how to regulate my nervous system and it’s not complicated… it’s just intentional. I’m slowing down on purpose. I’m not rushing myself through the day anymore. I’m getting dressed in things that feel good on my body… not just what looks good. That alone has shifted my mood more than I expected. I’m stepping outside… even if it’s just for a few minutes to breathe and reset. I’m putting my phone down and allowing myself to sit in silence. I’m saying NO to things and not feeling bad about it. No noise. No pressure. And I’m moving my body in a way that feels supportive… not forced. This isn’t about trends or aesthetics for me. This is about peace. For real. And I’m okay learning this out loud. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, try one of these today. Start small.

I didn’t buy anything new for this. Every look you see here is from outfits I actually wore over the last couple of weeks… I just went back in and remixed them. Same pieces. Different feel. This is really how I get dressed in real life. Convenient. Consistent. Intentional. And honestly… more conscious of what I’m buying and how I’m using it. Because style isn’t about having a closet full of stuff. It’s about knowing how to work what you already have. And this is something I’m going to start teaching more of. How to build your personal style. How to put looks together without overthinking it. How to make your wardrobe actually work for your life. Not more clothes… just more clarity. Be honest do you feel like you have nothing to wear… or you just don’t know how to put it together?
