This incredible antique cotton gown is layered in silk ribbon work flowers with extensive hand embroidery and panels of filet lace. I'm certain that she was made by the French fashion house Boué Soeurs but sadly all labels are missing. Many pieces from Boué Soeurs can be found in museum collections and it's easy to see why.
I've been saving this gown for spring and she'll be making her debut at the @threadbareshow on May 11th. And she may not be the only Boué Soeurs piece coming with me...
