For the new Lay’s FIFA World Cup 2026 campaign, the whole script was built around a live video call featuring Messi, Beckham, Alexia Putellas, Thierry Henry, and Steve Carell. Problem was, the location was a complete signal dead zone.
For this assignment, we deployed a bonded Starlink and Peplink solution for the @hungrymaninc team. When you have that level of talent on the clock, the connection just needs to be bulletproof.
It’s a great example of the 360 on-set support we provide to keep shoots moving, no matter how remote or challenging the location. 🎬⚡️

LinkIP is part of how we support predictable, reliable IP connectivity on demanding film, television and live productions at Shoot Blue.
LinkIP by @egbroadcast_ is a licensed wireless IP system, designed to replace long Ethernet or fibre runs where cabling is impractical, while still delivering stable, low-latency performance. By operating in licensed spectrum, the wireless environment is known and controlled before a production even arrives on site, rather than competing with public or venue networks.
This makes LinkIP particularly well suited to large venues, outdoor locations, events and sports productions, where reliability and coverage are critical and wireless conditions can otherwise be unpredictable. Its mesh-based architecture allows systems to scale from simple point-to-point links to larger multi-node networks as required.
When combined with remote camera control systems such as @cyanview_ , LinkIP supports more flexible multi-camera and wireless workflows, including camera control, monitoring and data communication between departments, without adding unnecessary rigging complexity.
We supply LinkIP as a properly thought-through, supported system, including the required UK OFCOM licensing, so productions can focus on delivery rather than infrastructure.

It’s often cameras and lenses that get all the attention, but it’s the infrastructure around them that can make all the difference.
CyanView has become part of how we can support more complex cinematic and multi-camera productions at Shoot Blue.
CyanView is a camera-agnostic remote camera control system, allowing anything from a single camera to large multi-camera setups to be monitored and controlled from a central point.
For DOPs and DITs, it provides a practical way to maintain consistency across multiple cameras, particularly when they’re mounted on cranes, vehicles, or hard-to-reach rigging positions. It’s equally at home with ARRI, Sony VENICE, the Sony FX series, and Blackmagic cinema cameras, making it well suited to mixed camera packages.
Combined with appropriate connectivity and infrastructure, it opens up the possibility of operating a fully wireless camera department, reducing rigging complexity and increasing flexibility where that workflow makes sense.
CyanView also offers some particularly useful functionality, including direct iris control on Sony FX6 and FX9 cameras with Sony E-mount lenses, without the need for external lens motors. It’s complemented by CyanView Dashboard, a browser-based interface for camera monitoring and control from a desktop, tablet or phone.
