Based in Southern California, Shane Kwon is an emerging force in the underground music scene. A self-taught producer and DJ, Shane’s roots in hip-hop production have evolved into a deep connection with the worlds of deep house and minimal tech. Blending emotional synths, driving grooves, and heavy basslines, he’s landed releases on Nervous Records and MUSE, gaining support from leading names such as Michael Bibi, Maceo Plex, Adam Ten, SOSA, Eddy M, and Marco Strous.
Beyond the decks, Shane brings a strong curatorial sensibility to his work as an A&R and tastemaker, actively championing new talent and shaping the direction of emerging sounds in the scene. His sets reflect this same instinct—delivering curated energy, forward-thinking selections, and memorable moments every time he steps into the booth.
On Nov 20th Shane leads the night for Shock’s 2 year anniversary. You won’t want to miss this one.
