Took in a youths horseback riding event this past Sunday, courtesy of Gidi Up Nigeria @gidiup_ridingacademy and the @activeboulevard community. And I must say, I was really impressed.
The kids were very poised, professional and great sports. Even when things looked tough from a horse choosing not to jump, these kids remained calm and graceful the entire time. Brilliant!
So shouts out to @gidiup_ridingacademy for a great job with coaching and mentoring these young adults and teaching them not just to be great riders, but to be great and graceful competitors as well.
Some of us competitive grown ups, can learn a thing or two 😆.

Shouts out to my teammates at the Recess Lagos "Easter Kickball Tournament" 👏🏿. A few close, tough losses put out out of the championship game, but we finished strong and wrapped up in third place.
