Operating from the dense circuitry of Singaporeâs underground, TERMINAL LINER is a defining force within the regionâs power electronics and experimental electronics axisâa project built on modular systems, signal control, and high-pressure voltage structures.
His work is driven through a eurorack modular electronics setup, constructing tightly regulated environments of distortion, oscillation, and pulse. Feedback, filtering, and gain are deployed with intentâresulting in compressed, forceful electronic architectures where signal is not chaotic but engineered, stressed, and released in controlled bursts.
Prior to TERMINAL LINER, he was active through the project Circuitrip, already laying groundwork within Singaporeâs early noise/electronics movement. Across these phases, he has remained a consistent and formative operator, helping shape the cityâs experimental sound identity.
Beyond solo output, he operates within a wider regional circuitryâclosely aligned with the circle around Matarambang Records
,Shitresist Records Ehsan Records Jaringan Records and deeply connected to the infallible roots in anarcho punk,powerviolence and hardcore punk undercurrent in Singapore. These intersections inform his sound: urgency, compression, and raw force translated into pure electronic pressure.
Critically, TERMINAL LINER stands among the pioneering figures bridging Singapore with the broader Southeast Asian heavy electronics network, forging active links with scenes in Indonesia,Japan,Russia,Malaysia,China,Philippine, Thailand and participating in gatherings such as Solo Harsh Fest,bones fest,stroom,Ex fest and other cross-border heavy electronics operations.
