After airlines cracked BOTH my golf bag and suitcase on separate trips, I decided to try something different and ship my luggage and golf bag with @ShipSticks .
They picked everything up from my place in San Diego and had all three of my bags at my new NYC apartment before I even got there. No delays, no damage, no oversized baggage pickup, no lost luggage… It feels like I escaped the airport matrix 🤣.
I’ll be in New York for the next few months, and I already know how I’ll be getting everything back home.
If you want to try it for yourself, use code TRAVELPAR at checkout 😉✈️

Is Wisconsin the most underrated golf destination in the country? ⛳
Save this for your next golf trip and tell us in the comments: is Wisconsin top five, or are we reaching? 👇
In honor of the PGA Championship at Aronimink this week, here are the best golf courses in the state:
6️⃣ Philadelphia Cricket Club (Wissahickon) - A 1922 Tillinghast classic, renamed after the creek it sits on. Pure old-school Philly golf.
5️⃣ Fox Chapel Golf Club - One of Seth Raynor's best designs that nobody talks about. Hidden in the Pittsburgh suburbs.
4️⃣ Country Club of Scranton (Old) - Walter Travis original. Tom Marzolf gave it a glow-up in 2012 and turned it into the gem of a 27-hole facility.
3️⃣ Aronimink Golf Club 🏆 - This week's host. Donald Ross laid it out on 300 acres in 1928. Par 70, 7,200 yards.
2️⃣ Merion Golf Club (East) - Opened in 1896 and still one of the most revered tracks in America.
1️⃣ Oakmont Country Club 👑 - The toughest course in the world. Period. Outside of Augusta, no course in the U.S. has hosted more majors.
Which one's have you played? 👇
Cabot Revelstoke is opening for limited preview play in fall 2026 ⛳️ @cabotrevelstoke
The course was designed by Rod Whitman, the same architect behind Cabot Cape Breton, and it sits on a mountain bench overlooking the Columbia River valley in British Columbia, framed by the Monashee and Selkirk ranges. Expect generous fairways, large greens, and bold bunkering rambling along cliffs and creeks. There is also a par-3 course called The Railyard, a nod to the region’s rail heritage, and a 155-room mountain lodge slated to open in early 2027.
Add it to the bucket list. Would you book a trip here?
