We are aiming to find stone that carries depth, not just colour. The layers and subtle variations are a record of millennia. Our hope is that this record of time becomes part of the daily experience of this future public space.

These three periscope mockups, River, Horizon, Sky, are part of ongoing explorations into how people see the landscape and how we can create eco literacy in the places we work.
Each one frames a view differently, focusing attention, slowing time and asking people to notice what is present.
They are less about spectacle and more about awareness. Seeing for the first time what is often lost through familiarity.
