🚨 NEW DATE! 🚨
The ILGA cancelled this Friday's session, so we are moving our day of action!
Gun violence is the #1 killer of children and teens in America. It’s time to hold manufacturers accountable. The RIFL Act ensures that those who profit from firearm sales share the cost of the violence they fuel, directing critical resources toward survivors and community prevention.
Help Illinois lead the nation in gun violence reduction. Join @rifl_illinois on May 26 to advocate for the RIFL Act.
FREE transportation available.

Chicago is expanding a safer, more compassionate response to mental health crises.
The CARE program now serves all 22 police districts, sending mental health professionals, not police, to non-violent calls and connecting people to real support.
911 callers can request a CARE team, or emergency dispatchers can determine when to send a team in specific situations.
A big step toward dignity, safety, and care for every neighborhood. 💙

Fill out a witness slip as PROPONENT for the First-Choice Pharmacy Act, ensuring that if your pharmacy can’t fill a prescription, they can forward it to one that can, preventing delays in essential care.

Gun violence is a crisis for women and families across Illinois. Molly Graves from She Votes Illinois shares why the RIFL Act matters: “For too long, the firearm industry has offloaded the multibillion-dollar cost of this violence onto Illinois taxpayers and the victims themselves.
