This project started as a personal journal—
a map through my brightest suns and coldest orbits.
It’s about phases. Grief. Change. Rebirth. Floating. Falling. Landing.
It’s about me. But it’s also about you.
Because we all spin through seasons that shape us.

Peek into my creative process. It’s 2:38 AM and a lightbulb in my head went off. I created natural serotonin, here’s a small victory that I would like to share with you all.
I’m working on this song called “beautifully me” recording and editing vocals the last two days. I moved some vocals around, took some out and I listened to it on repeat again and again until I got it just right and it felt so good!!!!
I live for those moments where the music suddenly makes sense and the whole vision clicks.
Also my giving-a-fuck meter has completely flatlined and honestly? freeing.
I’m just gonna be me and pour into my music and my health.
