Watercolor & Wine Tasting Workshop with Fleetwood Studio 🍷🎨✨ Sunday, May 31st | 1:00pm–3:00pm Join us in the Beatrix Garden for an afternoon of watercolor painting, wine, and slow summer inspiration during this special “en plein air” experience with local artist Lisa Marie of Fleetwood Studio. Guests will enjoy a relaxed watercolor workshop alongside a guided tasting of Shepherd’s Run wines in one of the estate’s most picturesque outdoor settings. This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who helped shape Shepherd’s Run into what it is today. This particular bas-relief portrait is in our Beatrix Garden, where many of our couples say “I do”. Beatrix Farrand was one of the first women to break into landscape architecture. Through her mother’s encouragement, she went on to become one of the founding members of the American Society of Landscape Architects. This year, we honor not only Beatrix Farrand and her legacy— but the support of the great women behind her who helped cultivate a path that led her to design some of the countries most iconic gardens. Join us in celebrating by gathering with the special women in your life at our Mother’s Day Brunch on May 10th from 10:30am-1:30pm. 🌸 Shepherd’s Run Spring Market 🌸 Sunday, May 3rd | 11AM–4PM Join us for our first outdoor market of the season! Discover 20+ local artisans, enjoy live music, sip a glass of wine or a spritz, indulge in food specials and offerings from @newportsushico , and take a moment to slow down and savor the season. @shepherdsrun_bodymind will be offering mini spa treatments as well as a complimentary yoga class at 1pm - an invitation to pause and reset in the midst of it all. Sign-ups will be available day of the event on a first come, first served basis. No tickets, no rush… just a beautiful day to gather, browse, and enjoy the first blooms of the season at the Run🥂

This color palette was one of my favorites; colorful summer wedding in the most tastefully beautiful way. The couple described the whole day as feeling “giddy,” and honestly… it showed. They were so present, their people were right there with them, and you could feel the joy in every single moment, that’s what made all these beautiful details come to life. Huge Congrats to our very own Shepherd’s Run Masters Swim Team for their second place 🥈 finish! 💪🎉 Led by the man, the myth, the legend Fred Bartlett, the 18 member team competed at the New England Short Course Yards Championships in the medium sized team division(up to 25 swimmers) this past weekend. They also won 🥇for tannest team, swimming outdoors in our salt water pool, all winter long! Congrats crew! A weekend we’ll never forget! 🐑🤍 We had the absolute pleasure of hosting 36 of our 2026 couples for our Taste of Shepherd’s Run Weekend. It was such a special opportunity to bring everyone together and give a real feel for what a full wedding weekend here can look like. From tasting an enormous amount of delicious food to experiencing the flow of events firsthand, the entire weekend was designed to make planning feel exciting and effortless. Couples enjoyed complimentary spa services, wedding wine tastings, and thoughtful experiences like a mock rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. We even had a little extra fun along the way. One couple kicked things off with a perfectly poured champagne tower! Moments like these made the weekend feel even more memorable. A huge thank you to all of our incredible vendor partners who came together to make this possible. Your talent and collaboration truly brought everything to life. And to our couples, getting to connect, celebrate, and plan alongside you was so meaningful. We cannot wait for what’s ahead!
