My final project of ‘25 was a fun collaboration — Catherine Anne’s sharp design instincts recognized that the existing grasscloth was calling for more layered detail. The dining room underwent a stunning transformation: a new trim and ceiling color, beautiful curtains, and painted chairs all came together to give the space a fresh, elevated feel.

There’s nothing quite like a client with great taste and total trust in their designer. Fiona @fionaleonardinteriors knew this floor needed a refresh — and starting from scratch just wasn’t in the cards. A faux stone effect was the perfect solution, and the transformation speaks for itself. Can not wait to see the room in all its glory!
After a few hectic weeks, my office is in need of a complete rehab! I swear I’m not that person but geez it looks bad😖🖌️🖌️
And shoutout to @katiedeniousdesigns for having the patience taping out all those green squares!!!

Painting a compass rose never gets old for me — and this piece for Meghan @peartreepointinteriors was no exception.
The best part? The iconic Greens Ledge Lighthouse fits perfectly in the center because true north actually lines up right there. No creative license needed!
And here’s a fun fact for your next trivia night: the foundation jetty granite was sourced from the Radio City Music Hall excavation in NYC!!

A little dose of sunshine while I’m weathering far too much snow.
Opening day is just hours away, and I couldn’t be more excited for Kate Ives and all of the designers. This show house truly feels like the Olympics of design — and how fun that Martha Stewart flew in from Milan Cortina just in time.
All jokes aside, it’s always spectacular to witness the level of creativity and heart these talented designers pour into their spaces. And the logistics behind pulling it all together, A feat in itself!!

The breakfast room—formerly known as “the pit”—just got a beautiful refresh. Designer Kerri Pilchik @kerripilchikdesign had a clear vision for transforming this space into something warm and inviting. A new wall trim color throughout the kitchen, painted floor pattern and a faux marble fireplace surround completely reimagined the room.
It’s always a pleasure working with Kerri. Her attention to detail and creativity with color, lighting, finishes, and accessories are inspiring.

Stone and marble are always more challenging because their natural color has so much depth and variation. I start with the base tone and build from there—always surprised by the subtle tints that come together to create the final result.

Designer @daniellecoldingdesign embraced the scale of this space with a bold floor design, paired with grasscloth on the walls and ceiling. Love how seamlessly it flows from the stairwell and landing.
This remodel came together beautifully thanks to Brendan Epply @eribuild — always fun working with the next generation of builders… a good reminder that you’re only as old as you feel 😉
