Project reveal! Sheldon's comprehensive workplace strategy, design and construction for our client in Macquarie Park has completely transformed their workplace, in its first upgrade in 20 years.
The new layout includes a clear separation between quiet and collaborative working zones, enhancing productivity by reducing distractions. With increased collaborative spaces alongside dedicated quiet areas, and a reduction in overflow space, this project successfully achieved its purpose of creating a more efficient and modern work environment.
With wooden and sage tones throughout, and uniquely curved archways and tiling, this space invites a sense of calm, focus and rejuvenation.

Level 11, 558 Pacific Hwy, for @jqzdeveloper A space that pushes the boundary for what a speculative fitout can achieve.
Designed and Constructed by Sheldon's teams, this full floor fitout provides prospective clients with a variety of modalities to socialise, collaborate, and focus in an all-encompassing working environment.
Highlights of the space include the multipurpose entertaining area at the entrance of the suite designed for presentations, events, and employee collaborations/socialisation, and the library room, a calming focus space achieved through sensory and functional considerations.
The result is a speculative suites that stands out in the market and seamlessly integrates with the overall aesthetic of the new development. As a result of this project Sheldon have be awarded a further six suites across two floors at 558 Pacific Hwy.

Accommodating for a range of spatial requirements across the workspace and custom laboratory, Sheldon's design and construction teams worked with Sysmex to deliver a facility that enables a flexible working environment, including a large social/collaboration area, a range of meeting room sizes, and modular lab elements to allow for reconfiguration.

Drawing on extensive Macquarie Park experience, the team delivered three high-quality spaces that maximise natural light, elevate tenant appeal, and satisfy a range of work requirements.

Sheldon has taken another step in its sustainability journey, with the installation of a new solar and battery system at our furniture manufacturing facility in the Central Coast. With 60-70% of energy requirements now generated on-site and the remainder purchased from renewable sources, the project ensures reduced emissions, better energy resiliance, and reinforces Sheldon’s broader commitment to practical, measurable ESG outcomes.

Following the success of previous speculative and end user fitouts at 2 Banfield Road, Sheldon's teams were contracted to design and deliver a new speculative fitout for the building.
Close collaboration between design, construction, services and joinery teams ensured a diverse and future focused space could be delivered in the space whilst reusing instances of existing built form to reduce waste and material input.
