Meet our co-founders 👋 🌟 Julia Elvidge, Chair Julia brings 30 years of tech business experience to her work as an advisor, board member and investor. A trained electrical engineer, she designed microchip circuits and analyzed semiconductors before co-founding and becoming president of Chipworks which was sold to Techinsights in 2016. Today, she supports women in tech and women founders and is a part of various tech-related. 🚀 🌟 Jennifer Francis, Vice Chair & Director Jennifer is a highly accomplished tech mentor, and investor with a proven track record in the information tech and service industry. She was the VP of Financial Analytics Business at IBM and VP of Business Development at Cognos. She’s a dedicated advocate for girls and women in STEM and is a leader in Canada’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. 🚀 🌟 Sonya Shorey, Secretary and Director Sonya is the Interim President & CEO of Invest Ottawa, a World Economic Forum Fellow and a member of the Forbes Communication Council.
