A lot has happened since I last posted — progress was made in our craft room, our @studiomcgee #oxfordrdestate project was prepped for install, filmed a bunch of summer entertaining recipes to be shared soon, visited the new @finipizza at least 3x since it opened last week, wrapped my book tour, did a live “let’s cook together”, and took a very, very long nap. Cheers for us all just trying to get through May! ♥️
Taking a break from cookbook content to share something I’ve been waiting to share for months (years). Our @studiomcgee Willow Creek project is on YouTube now — a Park City home built over a natural spring, which the tone for everything we did inside.
Highlights outside of the book launch this week — drapes in the craft room, site visit to our @studiomcgee parade home, and I officially became a soccer mom.
Launch weeks are a strange cocktail of highs and lows…the pinch-me moments you’ll never forget and the 2 a.m. worries you can’t talk yourself out of. Both happened this week.
But seeing the recipes show up in your kitchens and having people reach out and tell me they feel inspired to host is the part I hoped for and didn’t quite let myself expect. Thank you for that. Going to sleep for approximately a week. Love you guys.

4 seasons of inspiration (but summer is always my favorite), many late nights + weekends, failed attempts and successes. Couldn’t have done this without my amazing team. Launch days are a roller coaster of emotions and I’m just so excited for you all to get in your kitchens and start bringing people together. 🤍
