She booked 4 Sessions with me to start off with. Each week, we review material from the week before, then we move forward with the next task. This was Week 2; Learning the choreography. Her next session, you will see us clean up the choreography she learned. By week 4, she will see the growth from her first session, to the last of that cycle.
You let me know what you want to work on, whether it's just retention with choreography, basic technique, stretching, you name it, and we'll get it done. Just remember to TRUST THE PROCESS 🤌 growth does not happen overnight, or with inconsistency. Stay with it 🫶
