My #1 drive in my early 20’s was to travel the world 🌍 so I did, but then I met someone along the way that I didn’t even know would change the trajectory of my life! When I was lost He found me, when I was sick He healed me and when I was full of myself He humbled me. He whispered to my soul & sprit get up and follow me and I haven’t looked back since! Once I truly realized who He really is my life changed in a way I can’t fully explain my relationship with Him gave me a peace that surpassed all understanding & made me see things different, move different, think different, & love different. His name is Jesus. The word of God says “Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105 NKJ) I still love to travel but I’m always reminded by His whispering voice to do what you love but DON’T WAIT TILL YOU DIE TO IMPACT THE WORLD 🌎 in your own unique way. That face you make when someone says you’ve changed 👀 as if that was a crime! I could never understand some people who will only except who you were and not except who you are now for their own comfort trying to hold you hostage to the 5,10, or even to the you 15 years ago! Why on earth would anyone want to be exactly the same with no growth or change towards a better you both mentally, physically, & spiritually and never evolve?! When I think of who I WAS I think of 2 things lost, & a people pleaser & boy I’m not perfect but sorry not sorry you can have her. I’m telling you once your mind has been transformed everything from the inside out changes with it. The word of God says Do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. I’m constantly hearing people say 2020 is trash 🗑 I would challenge you to see things differently. Is it possible that your thinking is trash? 🤔 2020 is doing exactly what it came out to do which is exposing all of our weaknesses, strengths, and are will power to push pass all the obstacles, fears, mental breakdowns ect. Paper clutter is real! But that’s not what this post is about instead it’s a reminder that what is more real then ever is mental clutter‼️ With all that has been going on around the world it’s hard not to be overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes you just have to take a step back from news media including social media and all the information overload and declutter your thoughts and only keeping those that will serve you best mentally, emotionally, physically, and definitely spiritually the word of God says cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) So with all that’s going on with people getting sick, black lives matter, job losses, etc. ladies please don’t forget to do a self check and pull back when you need too because as much as I hate paper clutter in my home mental clutter definitely not allowed to have a room.
