On the final night of the 2026 SCF HBCU Bus Tour, we gathered for a celebratory dinner to close out an unforgettable week-long journey. Our co-founder, Dr. Gloria Carter, shared powerful reflections on the importance of access to information and the responsibility to “Lift as we Climb.” Her words set a tone of purpose, pride, and gratitude for the week. Special guest @tajayashmeade inspired us all by sharing her personal journey and highlighting the strength of community. Our scholars also spoke from the heart about their experiences, leaving the room with a shared sense of growth and accomplishment.
