Our Wyoming team recently spent the day giving back to the community by participating in a local highway cleanup before wrapping up the afternoon with a team BBQ.

Last week, teams across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah took part in Construction Safety Week 2026 with Safety Stand Downs held on active Shaw projects throughout the region.
This year’s theme — Recognize. Respond. Respect. — serves as an important reminder that safety starts with proactive hazard recognition, clear communication, and looking out for one another every day on our jobsites.
From field discussions and stand-downs to shared meals with our trade partners, Safety Week allowed teams to pause, reconnect, and reinforce the importance of creating safe, respectful job sites for everyone.

From first set to fully set in less than a year.
Last June, the first modular box was placed at Timber Ridge in Vail. Today, every building on site is set, marking a major milestone for this workforce housing community.
The project is continuing to move steadily toward completion, with one building already receiving its temporary certificate of occupancy and more to follow.
Once complete, Timber Ridge will bring more than 300 residential units that are 100% deed-restricted for local workers, helping strengthen the mountain West communities they support every day.
