Not a comeback. A level-up. Same grind, different era.

Scott and I talk about this all the time… we don’t just want to be active dads now. We want to still feel good, move well, and keep up with our kids YEARS from now. That’s why we started adding @fatty15 into our routine. The older I get, the more I realize your future health is built by the small things you do consistently today. Don’t wait until your body forces you to care. Click Link in bio and start your healthy aging journey today!

I’ve never fractured or broken a bone before my accident a couple of months ago. I know I made it look easy to deal with such an injury especially when my entire existence relies on my ability to move freely. But it was very frustrating to say the least! Just to experience the feeling of being unbalanced was a shock to my mental system. But I persevered and now I’m gearing up for the filming of the next big workout program and today I did my first leg press post injury. Anyway, just never give up even when life throws you a curveball! There’s often times joy on the other side.

Lately I’ve realized there’s a difference between constantly moving… and actually moving with purpose. So I’m stepping back a bit from my main feed to lock in on some things that really matter to me right now. New projects. New challenges. New growth. And honestly, maybe some of y’all need to hear this too… You don’t always need to push harder. Sometimes you need to get quiet long enough to reconnect with yourself again. I’ll still be around. Still creating. Still showing up in DIG DEEPER NATION. Just with more intention behind every move. šŸ’ŖšŸ½

Different divisions, same standard. Men’s physique, classic, open… it doesn’t matter. When you get around people who train with real intent, something shifts. Nobody’s competing in that moment… we’re pulling more out of each other. And it feels fu*%ng GREAT! #bodybuilding

every live event brings something different, but it always comes back to the same foundation. community + connection! it begins with excitement + energy + laughter, but as it builds, so do the emotions. where people are challenged, where it gets uncomfortable, where finishing feels like a real decision, not a given. you see it all, the joy, the struggle, the emotion, pushing through in ways they didn’t expect. and it’s a reminder that this isn’t just about a workout. it’s what happens when people stop holding back and step into what they were created for! more!

At some point it stopped being ā€œjust grab my reading glassesā€ šŸ‘“ and started being ā€œI can’t do anything without them.ā€ That’s when I knew I needed something different. That’s what led me to VIZZ ( @vizz_rx )eye drops. Real talk… being able to see clearly up close without reaching for my glasses every time? Game changer. If you’re at that point too… it’s time to stop depending on your reading glasses for everything and talk to an eye doctor about VIZZ. The most common side effects that may be experienced while using VIZZ include: eye redness, eye irritation, temporary dim or dark vision, and headaches. #sponsored
