I’ve been seeing Cheska for weekly/fortnightly massages for over 10 years — and honestly, she is INCREDIBLE.
Before kids she helped open my body so I could go deeper in my yoga practice. After babies, she worked through layers of tension. And now, in my midlife era where little niggles and random injuries pop up, she just gets it every single time.
Yesterday my hip felt off — pretty painful, walking to school, and I couldn’t even squat this morning. The moment Cheska put her hand on me, she went straight to my TFL, found the issue, and treated it. Sometimes it’s brutal… but in the best possible way.
I genuinely can’t put into words how essential this is for my maintenance. This isn’t just self-care — it’s the self-care. Nothing comes close.

Can't even express the emotions I'm feeling today after receiving my selection. The last 7 weeks have really tested me and fueled that fire 🔥
Tendon injuries are difficult, and there were points where I wasn't sure this would happen. But here we are! (No, I did not break my hip...no idea where that rumour came from 🤷♀️)
