One of the very few sprockets produced this year, is a very unique one : narrow/wide 34T / 6mm offset / SRAM direct mount ⚙️⛓️ This one is for our team manager Bruno as a birthday present 🎁

After publishing a CAD illustration of a Fusion sprocket with @hopetech interface (direct mount), we decided to give it a go and produce a sample for one of our friend. So we machined a 32T with a 8mm offset and obviously narrow/wide teeth standard. Sprocket is 13mm thick (made of 7075-T6 aluminum), it was interesting and challenging to program and machine it. We are happy how tool paths came and the final result is here (first operation, second operation and the final result), it’s ready to be built up on François’ bike from ROD29 bike shop (see the custom engraving) in northern Brittany‼️⚙️⛓ #hopetech

The latest @shapebicycles sprocket produced in 2023 is a massive one : 45T‼️ It’s the biggest one we have ever drawn and machined. It’s a classic OG design with 19mm axle and bolt drive, and it will be shipped to Belgium 🇧🇪 ⚙️⛓️
