A reminder that you can decide that you deserve better, and nurture that reality for yourself.
One of the biggest difficulties comes when you realise how addicted we are to the drama we create for ourselves.
A recent reflection of how I put people on pedestals made me realise how disrespectful that is to that person; to not see them for their wholeness, their dysfunction, power or emptiness.
It came with a gentle sad thought that we may never truly know anyone we meet, it's a big enough task to know ourselves.
And also, with a will to hold all my beliefs a little more gently, whilst staying true to my core morales.
Sometimes I feel like I'm going insane, then I realise I am living a human experience, a female experience, and usher myself to meet the fear with joy. And witness the dance.
