Shante Jarrett is a proud ambassador of Jamaica’s spirit and resilience. Her story is one of courage, healing, and hope. A student pursuing a BSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Shante’s drive for justice and fairness continues to shape her outlook on life. She is also a vibrant member of Jamaica’s tourism ecosystem, Working in the entertainment department at princess senses the mangrove in green island Jamaica. This experience has taught her the importance of cultural diplomacy — how Jamaica’s music, people, and traditions connect with the world.
As a part-time model and proud Montegonian, Shante embodies both elegance and empathy. Her journey reminds others that true beauty lies in self-acceptance, compassion, and the courage to break the silence around mental health. As Miss International Jamaica, she proudly carries the message “Her Wellness, Our Future.” This campaign highlights the importance of mental wellness for women and girls, not only in Jamaica but across the world. By sharing her own journey of coping with loss, she seeks to break the silence and reduce stigma, while fostering safe spaces for healing, resilience, and empowerment.
With her advocacy aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals of Good Health and Well-Being, Quality Education, and Gender Equality, Shante stands ready to represent Jamaica at Miss International — where grace meets purpose.
