Such a great trip home with @sweetpeakadis.realtor to see my mom! We made the best of every 110 degree day. SUP’s, bike rides and dog walks. Then @patedrake and I got to cool off on the Oregon coast. Visited some of our normal spots and even got to visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport. Thanks for a great trip mom! Love you madly and see you again soon!!! 🤟😆❤️

💪🏼 When we asked him what he is most proud of he said, “Honestly, my biggest accomplishment in the gym isn’t just about numbers. It’s that I stuck with it long enough to learn lifts that once totally intimidated me. I’m proud of the strength I’ve built—physically and mentally—and even more grateful for the people I’ve met along the way who’ve coached, spotted, and encouraged me. Feels pretty amazing to look back and see how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time.”
