Shadow Wagyu @shadowwagyu in Coral Gables is a butcher shop first and they do all things wagyu 🥩🔥 They eventually expanded into a dining space serving the same premium cuts they sell. It’s seriously one of my favorite lunch spots in the Gables, the quality never misses. Here’s what I recommend 👇:

Shadow Wagyu is my favorite spot in Miami for three reasons. A5 Parm is my favorite meal in North America lol. The burger is my Miami favorite. And the daily specials always hit. If a special catches your eye, get it, they really do be special.

A5 Parm (9.9/10)
A5 wagyu with a vodka parm sauce and a side of vodka rigatoni. Absolute recipe to my heart. The best dish in North America comment started as a joke with @mattbunsis and @jordanfischer_01 but it really do be the best dish in North America.
Burger (9.6/10)
The gateway dish. It never misses. They also roll out limited burgers on the specials menu that are straight bangers. If you see the bacon jam burger, run don’t walk. This is my petition to make it a permanent menu item.
