I think we all can agree that shadowtoshine is a great community, a great space for young creatives and an even better space that helps and empowers women!! I had the opportunity to film an interview with two amazing women, who are both role models to young creatives like me, @magic_lou & @itsjustjenn_8 . They both worked immensely hard to create this programme for @shadowtoshine to help inspire and motivate the young women of today ❤️❤️
Kicking off the week with Her Future Now: Creative Programme ✨
We’re excited to be partnering with @magic_lou (Louise Clarke), who will be working alongside us to support this year’s cohort. Louise is a London-based Creative Director & Producer with over a decade of experience in the creative industry and the founder of @fourletters_ldn , her creative consultancy and production company focused on championing meaningful ideas and supporting talented teams.
Her work spans creative direction and production across short films, branded content, music videos, commercials and editorial, with a focus on storytelling that blends creativity, heart and impact. Throughout her career, she has worked with artists, global brands and grassroots organisations to bring authentic, culturally resonant stories to life.

Amelia Poamz is an experienced BBC radio broadcaster, presenter, events host and workshop facilitator with over 15 years of experience across education, arts, media and community settings. With a background in Theatre and Performance, she has worked extensively with schools, youth groups and cultural organisations, creating spaces where young people can grow and express themselves.
Known for her warm and engaging approach, Amelia creates safe, energising environments where participants feel seen, valued and confident. Community, wellbeing and inclusion sit at the heart of her work, with a strong focus on supporting young people to build confidence and find their voice.
