But acknowledgement of growth matters!
It is also a gentle documentation of what was and what continues to guide me !

Wish you all avery happy Ganesha festivities 🙏🙏
Sharing a humorous dance act on Ganesha*s stint on the earth in current times on this auspicious occasion!
While sharing this, it makes me nostalgic to think about all the mono acting competitions and various performances I used to do as a child thanks to a very creative, diligent and a brilliant mind of my father ! I hope I make him proud 🥹🤗,❤️
This act is inspired by a piece, conceptualized and choreographed by renowned dancer Dr. Janaki Rangarajan , with a little bit of my own antics added to it in a semiclassical style !
( Her expertise is another level but I just loved performing this piece so attempted : )
Music track is a melodious tune of a brilliant musician Mahesh Raghavan .
The storyline:
Ganesha lands on Earth, surprised by the changes..His majestic crown replaced by helmets , DJ beats instead of the dhol nagada for his welcome , vast and confusing choices of Prasadam and endless selfies. He’s mostly joyful, but annoyed by the constant camera clicks! At one point he is okay to get immersed in the water to get rid of this madness!
His happiness shines through as he learns about the eco-friendly, thoughtful ways of Visarjan. Because of which Ganesha doesn't just remain a deity but he gets to be a part of the Earth, blossoming, growing, and thriving as a plant or a tree, leaving no pollution behind!
