Hello there!
We’ve been working on something after our recent photowalk and are excited to share the first edition of Photowalker ZiNE 2026!
Photowalker ZiNE aims to bring together a selection of images from every walk, each reflecting a different way of seeing and responding to the same space by our photowalk participants. Putting these images into print also gives them a different kind of presence. It allows us to slow down, revisit the work, and see it beyond the screen.
This is one of the small initiatives we’re piloting this year and we hope to keep building on it alongside our photowalks as a way of documenting and sharing what we experience together.
Thank you for being part of the community and for your support all this while. Come join us and be part of the next Photowalker ZiNE!

Finally, rounding off our features and moderating the Off The Streets session, we have Sean Tan! @john.johnstarr
Sean is a mattress salesman with a camera.
As a photographer, his personal journey has been unremarkable, but the friendships he has made along the way with fellow photographers sustain him until now.
Happening tomorrow night, 7.30pm to 9pm at Objectifs Centre! See y'all soon!

Our last speaker for the Off The Streets session, is Azrizal Abu Che'! @iamazrizal
Azrizal Abu Che's photography focuses on the human condition especially amid urban environments. He enjoys seeking out the overlooked and subtle moments and scenes happening all around.
In 2020, he joined as a member of the Singapore Street Photography Collective (SGSPC), actively contributing to their goal of providing a platform and community for lesser-known photographers interested in the genre of Street Photography.
Happening this thursday, 7.30pm to 9pm, at Objectifs Centre!
See y'all there!

Next up on our line up of speakers for Off The Streets, presenting Rachel Chung! @rachel_chung_rc
Rachel is a hobbyist street photographer based in Singapore. Her photography journey began with an unused camera and a growing interest in mindfulness and living with intention. Over time, photography became a way to pay closer attention — to observe, reflect, and engage more intentionally with the world.
She's drawn to glimpses of connection, emotion, and shared presence that often go unseen on the streets. These moments guide her work. She approaches them with empathy, using subtle storytelling and visual restraint to reflect how people move through the world and relate to one another.
She hopes to offer a reminder of the human moments that surround us every day — and the quiet beauty that emerges when we slow down and truly see.
Happening this Thursday, 5th February!
No registration required, join us!

Next in our lineup of speakers for our Off The Streets session, Zay-Fairuz! @zayfairuz
Zay currently works as a forest school coach supporting child-led learning and development in nature. After more than a decade in an office-based role, he chose a more intentional direction.
He studied film at Ngee Ann Poly, where photography began as a personal practice and remains a hobby. He is part of the curatorial team at Your Local Newsstand @yourlocalnewsstand , contributing to Artist Takeover and the Photos of the Month series.

She began her journey in mobile photography during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, but it wasn’t until 2022 that she discovered her true calling in street photography and finally picked up her first camera.

POV: Photographers in their element
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our last photowalk of 2025 at Vivo City! Great to see a good turnout and plenty of new faces joining us.
Hope you all enjoyed the slightly blizzard-like experience, a very different atmosphere from Orchard while soaking in the festive, fun-filled energy of the space!
Most importantly, we hope you caught up with familiar friends, met some new ones along the way, and walked away with images you enjoyed.
See you at the next one, enjoy the new stickers, and wishing everyone a happy new year in advance! ✨
