The Oakland Tenants’ Rights Handbook is a really amazing resource for tenants living in Oakland (if you are a tenant you should download a copy- it’s free!). The English language version of the handbook was created by a group of volunteers who are now raising funds to create a much needed Spanish language version by hiring professional translators.
