Our new SGH Concepts facility in Omaha was intentionally designed to maximize natural light using Kalwall daylighting skylight systems, enhancing both work environments and architectural spaces.
Installed above the East and West work areas, these ridge roof skylights deliver consistent, diffused daylight across active work zones, reducing reliance on artificial lighting while maintaining visual comfort throughout the day.
This application highlights how ridge skylights can improve visibility, comfort, and productivity in large work areas and how strategically placed skylight systems can transform commercial interiors with both functional performance and architectural impact.

Our new SGH Concepts facility in Omaha features fiber-cement panels used in multiple ways, demonstrating both the performance and design versatility of this material.
On the exterior, fiber-cement panels are installed over our Genwall insulated composite backup wall system and across the front parapet, contributing to a durable, high-performance building envelope with a clean architectural aesthetic. Inside the building, fiber-cement panels were also used as interior accent walls, creating design continuity from the exterior to the interior.
One of the most eye-catching features is our SGH logo wall, where fiber-cement panels were fabricated with a perforated SGH logo and backlit with blue LED lighting, creating a dramatic, floor-to-ceiling focal point within the atrium.
This installation showcases how fiber-cement panels can move beyond traditional exterior applications to become a defining architectural and branding element.
