Last night SF Rising Action Fund attended the CA Working Families Party endorsement interviews for Congressional District 11 in San Francisco’s Mission District, with an audience of over 200 people!
Members and attendees heard from candidates Connie Chan, Saikat Chakrabarti, and Scott Weiner and their ambitions to run for office. Questions sourced from the audience lifted up the cost of living crisis, the SFUSD teachers strike, past candidates’ votes on various issues, and the need for a third political party like Working Families Party.
