It was a special day at Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy, with an all-school performance from @sfgmc ! Thank you to the chorus for taking the time to share their songs, stories, lessons, kindness and joy! They even brought pizzas and joined the school Rainbow Club for lunch. Our students are so lucky to have shared this experience! ❤️🎶🌈

Dolly! A Pride Show is a joyful, unapologetic celebration of queer love, resilience, and chosen family set to the music and spirit of the one and only Dolly Parton. Through iconic songs reimagined by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, the concert explores what it means to live boldly, love fiercely, and lead with kindness in a world that doesn’t always make space for us. Structured in two acts with an intermission, the program journeys from joy and self-expression into reflection, solidarity, and collective power. Singer stories woven throughout ground Dolly’s music in lived queer experience, revealing why her legacy resonates so deeply with LGBTQ+ communities. This is a Pride concert rooted in camp, warmth, and the radical belief that joy itself is a form of resistance. ❤️ 🎟️ on sale NOW at SFGMC.org!

Saturday night’s Crescendo 2026 Gala brought together an incredible community in celebration of music, impact, and connection. Surrounded by leaders, artists, and changemakers, and energized by performances from the Chorus, the evening reflected the power behind this community. We were honored to welcome Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi, Senator Scott Wiener, and the legendary Rita Moreno, with Monét X Change guiding the night as host. One of the evening’s standout moments was presenting our CEO Christopher Verdugo with the Visionary Leadership Award, celebrating ten years of transformative leadership. Crescendo directly supports our mainstage work, the Chan National Queer Arts Center, and RHYTHM (Reaching Youth Through Music), helping ensure the next generation has access to voice, visibility, and belonging through the arts. Together, we raised $1.65M. A powerful reminder of what happens when community, artistry, and purpose come together. We’re already looking ahead to what’s next. 📹 by @redcurtainaddict
