Let me reintroduce myself, especially if this is your first time here. My name is Seyi Abiodun. Some people also call me Dr. Seyi, because I’m both a PhD scholar and a honorary doctorate degree holder. Plus I’m also a global MBA student at the reputable Imperial Business School. I am a Global Wealth Advisor, certified financial educator, and business consultant. But more than titles, my life’s work is simple. I help people build financial clarity, confidence, and capacity for the future they truly want. In the last 16 years, I have worked with some of the richest Nigerians, and while holding a full time job, I have tried my hands on entrepreneurship. Now, you can understand where all the business experience came from 🫶🏼 and when I say you can create time and run a business alongside your 9to5, it’s because I have done it. My last goal for this year is to release this 63 page e-book titled “How to Launch & Sell Your Own Digital Products- On the road to NGN100,000,000” I had intended to release this ebook only after reaching the N100m milestone from digital products, the last page is total revenue made till date (slightly above 30%) of the goal. However, I realized that waiting till I have done 100% would deny someone the chance to join me on this journey. The truth is you don’t need to have absolute (100%) knowledge on a subject to teach others; you only need to have achieved a level of success to validate your knowledge. The 2nd thing I believe God reminded me is what I have been teaching to everyone around me in the last one month- it is that “2025 belongs to those who can add speed to execution” This ebook is a comprehensive guide, and what I have written in it, I’ve only executed up to 50%, my goal is to execute the remaining 50% in 2025 and when I do I’ll be sharing how I’ve surpassed the N100m and now moved the goal post to N250m. The ebook is not a motivational book, it is a guide. You’d sit down, get a notepad, and maybe your computer and make notes on how you’d execute the facts presented. Additionally, it provides tips on risk management and portfolio diversification. I’m confident that you’d find it very useful. I shared what I titled the Science of turning value to wealth; The entire presentation was anchored on Proverbs 25:2- it is the glory of God to conceal a matter & the honour of kings to search it out… You’ve heard me say it before that “God hide things” Everything of value which is everywhere around us will not be found on the surface. Then I shared 3 language of wealth today: 1. Leverage- code, capital, media and people 2. Scalability- we must not embrace the lie of small business that assumes we start small and continue to play small 3. #RandomThought Is it that we don’t know that free WiFi, air conditioning, clean toilets are all part of passenger experience that should be treated as part of the airport’s service. And this doesn’t have to be a government thing. When you connect to WiFi in public places like malls abroad, you see it’s sponsored by brands. In Nigeria, even if you live next door to MTN or Airtel office, their WiFi will still be under lock and keys. 🤔 Why? Why??? This thing is actually very simple and anyone can start it at any level whether N20k, N500k or N1m This is within your low risk investment portfolio which should be minimum of 50% of your assets. Someone is saying “I don’t like Naira investments because of volatility, I prefer the dollar option” That is also available, the same idea of compounding still works no matter the currency Another person is looking at 10 years like it’s 100 years, omo, it’s too long… I feel you Sis, 10 years is not as long as it sounds when you think about it properly When was Covid 19 lockdown? It still feels like it was just a moment ago yet that was about 6 years ago already Time really moves in a way that surprises you. I opened my very first mutual fund account in 2013 and that is 13 years now, I wish I was faithfully contributing into it without touching at all… Meanwhile, I’m hearing that several people have lost money in another Ponzi scheme? XM or what do they call it? After CBex one would think people can never fall for those schemes again, but again 🤔
