The @bleeding_heart_brewery boys returned this weekend to put a smidge of the 2026 collab into some Chardonnay barrels for a little treat later this year. Aaaaannnnd we managed to save some before we drank it all and kegged a few off for you to taste now.
Kojira Imperial Rice Lager will be on tap @bleeding_heart_brewery today 5/12 and opening day with us 5/13.
A 10% ABV lager monster. A beast brewed with Koji rice and Sakura flower. Hints of sake, umami, cherry blossoms and fear.
Limited supply now with small barrel releases later throughout the year .
