Leaving behind a stable corporate career at British American Tobacco, Rabih took the risk of building 7 Management in Lebanon during a period of economic and political uncertainty — driven by a belief that hospitality was entering a new era centered around experience, culture, and emotional connection.
For him, hospitality has never been limited to restaurants or nightlife: “It becomes part of the social infrastructure of a city.”
From concept-driven destinations to globally expanding lifestyle brands, 7 Management built its identity around creating ecosystems rather than standalone venues — blending hospitality, entertainment, culture, and urban storytelling into experiences designed to emotionally connect with people.
A recent example is “25 Jump Street” in Dubai, inspired by the energy and spontaneity of Beirut’s streets, while the upcoming launch of Scalini in Downtown Beirut represents what he describes as both a commercial and emotional statement of confidence in the city’s revival.
“We believe Beirut can reclaim its position as one of the region’s most important hospitality capitals.”
Across every market, Rabih says the values remain unchanged: Lebanese warmth, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to make people feel connected to a space.
Because in today’s hospitality industry, concepts may attract attention — but emotion is what builds loyalty.

Dubai-born concept Yubi, the region’s first homegrown hand roll bar by 7 Management, is set to make its European debut with an opening in Bucharest, Romania this Fall 2026.
The expansion marks a major milestone for the homegrown brand, as it takes its signature high-quality, experience-driven concept beyond the UAE and into one of the most exciting new culinary destinations in Eastern Europe.
Yubi will open at Marketta Food Hall, developed by Tomcat Hospitality, Romania’s first curated food hall and the largest in Eastern Europe. Designed as a modern, social dining hub, Marketta will bring together globally recognized concepts, premium fast-casual dining, and chef-led experiences under one roof, set within Ford’s historic factory in Bucharest.
Alongside Yubi, the lineup will include renowned regional and international brands such as Em Sherif Café and Le Relais de l’Entrecôte, further positioning the destination as a vibrant, globally curated culinary hub, bringing together well-established concepts each with a distinct culinary identity.
Yubi’s expansion reflects the growing global appetite for innovative, homegrown concepts from Dubai, while reinforcing 7 Management’s focus on international growth, positioning both at the forefront of taking Dubai-born concepts to the global stage.
