Earlier this year, I (@hopeblatchford in this case) was approached by @brittanyseveranceartist to create a logo for her independent film company @sevcoproductions based in New England.
I met Brittany at the 2025 Dam Short Film Festival, and she enjoyed my creative work enough to contract me to design a logo for Sevco Productions!
Brittany’s inspiration was of her fluffy cat, Aria, who tends to play with loose film inside her camera case. Brittany provided me with desired color schemes, font preferences, and clear communication making my first client for graphic design unforgettable.

Last July, I had the honor to bring the role of an artsy woman by the name of Imogene to life for a film by the multi-talented Brittany Severance.
The Guy, The Girl, and The Gilded Goat is about a couple who attends an art fundraiser, only to realize their tastes don't quite align. Meanwhile, hanging on the walls of the contemporary art gallery, a sentient painting with stands a long day of critiques as it waits for its future owners to take it home.
A big shout out to Nicky Lowney and Deb LeClair (who also co-wrote our scene!) for making the experience so fun.
Congratulations to Brittany, the crew, and the rest of the cast for one fine film. I can't wait to see it on the big screen!

As we get closer to wrapping up post-production, behind the scenes photos will slowly be shared on our social media pages.
These images are from rehearsal. Since we had so many extras for the production, we decided to have a full blocking and camera test sesson with our main ensemble cast the week before filming.
Brittany, the director, is looking back at the monitor to review lighting and blocking setups alongside Alyjah, the assistant director, Alex, the set lighting technician, Herman, co-producer/extras coordinator, and Vinny, set photographer and colorist.
