They’re not just for experienced athletes or people already racing HYROX.
These classes are a great way to build strength, endurance, confidence, and try something a little different within your OTF routine. Like everything we do, they’re coached, supportive, and something you can work through at your own level.
If you’ve been seeing them on the schedule and wondering if you should try one, this is your sign 😊

Thursday — 5:00 AM
Friday — 3:30 PM
Sunday — 1:00 PM

A few notable changes:
• Saturdays: we’ve added a 6:00am Strength/Tread 50
• The 7:00am Saturday time slot is now an Orange 60
• We no longer have Strength/Tread 50 at 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Sunday’s HYROX class now starts at 12:45pm (instead of 1:00pm)

1000m Row Benchmark Tips
Ready to test your engine? 🚣♀️ The 1000m Row Benchmark is back tomorrow — and yes, it will get uncomfortable (that’s the point). Pace with your split, break it into bite-sized chunks, settle into your rhythm, and send it home.
Tamara just hit 2,400 classes — the most in the studio and still going strong. She’s been here since the beginning, inspiring everyone just by showing up and putting in the work. A true OTF OG. 🧡🔥
Two hundred workouts later and Vern & Debbie are still showing up strong. Early mornings, splat points, and a whole lot of consistency got them here. 200 classes is no small feat — proud of you both! 🧡🔥
